The Bauer Supreme 3S SR Goalie Skates are designed with the recreational level goalie in mind. Using a grippy Hydrophobic Microfiber liner, lightweight Memory Foam ankle padding and a new deeper fit profile, the 3S skates provide good comfort while a lightweight Injected Composite quarter and a redesigned low profile asymmetrical toe cap gives goalies the best attack angle on the market at an affordable price.
Skate Fit Profile
The new Supreme line of skates aims to fit a wider variety of goalies while remaining true to the fit and feel of past Supreme skates. The new 3S skate features a redesigned depth and fit profile. The added depth to the ankle provides a better fit while simultaneously providing a better wrap for stability and comfort.
Boot Construction/Stiffness/Level of Play
The Bauer 3S goalie skates are made using a lightweight injected composite quarter package with the goal of providing a fairly stiff boot while providing more flex than a carbon fiber enhanced boot. They feature Bauer’s new Asymmetrical toe cap which cuts down on weight while giving the best possible attack angle available on the market. The 3S also uses a larger, fixed Lundy loop in order for easier boot strap connection.
