The Bauer Nexus 4000 grip composite stick is a step up above the Nexus 2000, which is Bauer's entry level model for this line. The Mid-Kick flex profile on the 4000 responds to your movement with the puck, allowing you to get the puck to the net with accuracy. The shaft is manufactured separately from the blade, and is fused together before completion. This allows the fibers to properly transfer, meaning you're getting a quick, accurate release. Bauer also incorporated their Pure Shot Blade Profile in the lower hosel making for better durability and accuracy.
