Axis 2 introduces a completely new LITECORE design, the lightest board that CCM has ever produced. On the side wall, CCM has retained the true binding-free design to make the Axis 2 even more durable. On the fingers, CCM has retained the curved finger protection design that was so popular on the original Axis and improved it by pairing it with a molded X-Stiff side wall to provide unmatched high impact protection and strength. The HD foam wrap and D3O wrap around the fingers also come back to offer complete protection for all fingers. On the rear cuff, CCM introduces the all-new FlexMotion2, which has strategic segmentation and adjustability to provide a personal fit. CCM uses a brand new AX Suede Dura Palm with Polygiene and Odor Crunch, designed to provide optimal comfort and feel as well as superior odor management.
