For years, the name Lefevre was synomymous with legendary goalie masks. In 2013, both the name and the mask returned in the form of the new CCM masks. CCM has made a few updates to their econimical mask, the 7000, to make it perform better than its predecessor. The new CCM maintains the classic Lefevre design and still utilizes modern construction materials and techniques to build a solid entry-level mask.

The fit of the CCM pro is traditional Lefevre; the molded profile allows the face to sit further to the front to increase peripheral vision, and the sides of the mask flow farther beyond the head for maximum side impact protection. The stainless steel cage combines both flat and round wire technology with optimized, square-bar placement to give the goalie unobstructed vision in any direction.

The shell is crafted using a Polycarbonate mix to provide lightweight protection. Inside the shell, you'll find a single density VN foam that provides a great combination of comfort and safety. CCM has updated the sweatband to Terry Cloth to increase sweat absorption and better keep the sweat out of your eyes. A traditional foam chin cup comes standard and can be adjusted for a custom fit.
